About Ari Gelmon PREC & Team

Ari Gelmon is an Associate Vice President at London Pacific with expertise in development land, investment properties, and multifamily assets. His depth of knowledge in regional planning and policy supports his approach to real estate investment and provides his clients with informed and market-sensitive advice. Being on Ari’s team means having autonomy to take initiative in your business and explore assets that interest you. Whether you are pursuing land assembly or otherwise, Ari’s knowledge will support your growth as every asset class has a land component to underwrite.

The successful candidate will have access to exclusive administrative support from Client Services Coordinator, Mia Dommann, who joined Ari’s team in September of 2022. Mia has a background in Business Administration and manages transactions, marketing initiatives, and client communication, meaning that the Associate will be fully supported to focus on securing business opportunities.

Job Description

  • Secure new business opportunities through cold calling, door knocking, networking, relationship building.
  • Conduct research to discover viable land acquisitions and development opportunities.
  • Qualify site opportunities by making initial contact with property owners.
  • Prepare pitch presentations for property owners.
  • Provide comparative market analysis for developments under construction.
  • Build relationships with Developer Groups and Investors
  • Facilitate communications between developers and landowners.
  • Draft and edit formal business contracts, agreements, amendments, and letters to clients.
  • Take creative initiative and find new opportunities for business development.

What you Bring

  • Degree or Diploma in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or another relevant field
  • Real estate license is required (or close to completion)
  • 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in commercial real estate brokerage
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, especially with high volume cold calls
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Customer Relationship Management software
  • A driver’s license and access to a car is required.
