Before working in brokerage, Mia was a researcher for a start-up focused on single-family home up-cycling. Here she gained entrepreneurial insight and the ability to manage customer relations, set precedents in data management, and quickly adjust to complex markets. As a London Pacific Client Services Coordinator, Mia streamlines business processes with a strategic focus on growth and client relationships for Ari Gelmon. Under his mentorship, she has gained a keen understanding of land assembly and investment properties while managing sophisticated marketing initiatives.

Mia is completing her Bachelor of Business Administration and Certificate of Urban Studies at Simon Fraser University. She studied at the University of California Berkeley’s Haas School of Business in 2019 and studied Comparative Urban Sustainability abroad in Helsinki, Finland, in 2022. She is passionate about real estate and keeps herself engaged on campus by leading the SFU Beedie Urban Development Program, a career prep program for students interested in commercial real estate.

Mia loves to stay active and look for her next adventure, whether that be hitting the slopes of the Powder Highway, surfing in Tofino, or running through the trails of North Vancouver.
