The London Pacific story starts with Principle and Managing Broker Keath Williams.
After obtaining his Commerce Degree in Urban Land from UBC in 1973, Keath was driven by a growing family to expedite his career path in Vancouver’s commercial real estate industry. By the age of 28 Keath was recognized as the Manager of Commercial Real Estate Services for Canada Trust.
In 1979, An opportunity to build his first multifamily project provided a new lens and the experience of seeing land from the developer’s perspective. From here, stemmed the vision for a different kind of brokerage with a specialized approach to land acquisitions and dispositions for new multifamily development. After refining and perfecting his method, he selected and mentored skilled brokers who joined him under the London Pacific umbrella. Keath was the pioneer of what is widely known today as Land Assembly.
Since 1986, the London Pacific team has taken pride in shaping the Metro Vancouver skyline by matching high caliber development sites with premier developers. This accumulated wisdom and decades of experience translated into over $2.08+ billion in sales and over 784+ acres of property sold in the last 38 years. Today, with an expanded suite of core services and real estate experts at the helm, London Pacific looks forward to redefining the next wave of commercial real estate while still delivering on our long-standing mandate as the premier land assembly brokerage in Metro Vancouver.
